All workshops are available for discussion, from the training, the length of time, location, size or specific needs of the group, all can be tailored to suit you. 

I aim to deliver much more than the skills I provide, it's an opportunity to see things from my perspective as a First Nations woman and mother.

I want to use this time as a tool to help people. To direct others onto to path of personal fulfilment and healing. 

Please understand this I'm not a psychologist, and this is not therapy, but I have learnt some things in my personal and professional life which I would love to share with others. I have experienced trauma and have seen how negativity breeds negativity, but also how talking helps and taking a time out and seeing your life from a different perspective can assist you in making changes and taking the first step.

Art has a way of distracting us from our problems and you do not need to share what you see, just relax and enjoy the moment.
